If you are unsuccessful in your bid, we will refund you 100% of your payment. This may take up to 10 days if we have wired your funds to Japan to our bidding account
Bids once confirmed by us are not retractable in any situation, please ensure that you are certain on bidding as we cannot pull a bid once placed on your behalf. All sales are final
Club Japan Imports are solely facilitators in the process of importing Yahoo! Auctions goods and are no way responsible for the quality of goods purchased. We offer no warranty or guarantees with regards to anything purchased directly from Japan and will rarely ever see the goods in person.
Yahoo Auctions, much like ebay is full of both private sellers and businesses. You may have to pay 10% sales tax on goods from businesses and domestic postage costs from the seller.
Advanced Payment is required prior to bidding, please give us your maximum bid as early as possible as we must forward this onto Japan (GMT+8).
Import duties must be paid to us within 7 days of being invoiced or charges will be incurred at £15 per item per week.
Free storage on arrival is limited to 2 weeks. Beyond that we charge £15 per item per week. We will retain goods for 8 weeks from notice of arrival and collection. Beyond that items will be sold to recover money owed
